SSL Certificate for an IIS Development Server

Today I was in need of an SSL certicate for development on my local machine. There are a few ways to go about it, but the simplest way I found was by downloading the IIS 6.0 Resource Tool Kit. In it you will find SelfSSL Version 1.0. Run the command line utility and SSL will be setup on IIS for you.
