After visiting MoveOn.org today to check out the Bush in 30 Seconds campaign, I noticed the topic Investigate the White House. It discusses how Justice Department chief John Ashcroft was appointed to investigate why “two top White House officials” handed over the identity of an American secret agent to journalists. On that page is a form to submit a letter to Ashcroft and your representatives in Congress to urge them to use an independent party for the investigation.
I submitted my form around 1:00pm EST and not minutes later Ashcroft announced he will recuse himself from the investigation. See, you can make a difference ...
