Happy Birthday Josh Ivey

Today would have been my brother-in-laws 19th birthday.  He was hit by a car in September of 2003.  Josh was starting to recover in the hospital when the hospital made some mistakes that cost him his life.

I associate most things with music, the song Blasphemous Rumours by Depeche Mode is tied to him.  Lyrics could easily be switched to:

As he passed away
